❯ The basics

A cookie is a small note your browser keeps for us.

When you visit testml.org, we ask your browser to remember a few things — that you are mid-checkout for a Start Pass, that you prefer English, that you arrived via a Sportmate link. Those notes are cookies. They contain no fitness goals, no health data, and nothing we did not need to deliver the page you asked for.

We split cookies into four buckets. Only the first bucket loads automatically. The rest only appear after you tap Accept in the banner, and you can flip any switch back at any moment.

The minimum needed to load the site, remember your Start Pass and protect against fraudulent sign-ups.

Small comforts: language choice, last-viewed membership tier, the gym location closest to you.

Aggregated, IP-truncated counts that tell us which pages convert beginners into members.

Change your mind, any time

Open the cookie banner from the footer link “Cookie settings” — every choice is reversible without losing your Start Pass progress.

Browser-level controls

Most browsers let you block or wipe cookies under Settings → Privacy. Doing so will sign you out of the member area and reset your saved preferences.

Data subject rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing the address on the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Struve Fitness Prime memberships start at age 16. We do not knowingly set cookies on devices used solely by children under that age.

Third parties we rely on

A short list, deliberately.

Google Analytics 4 — anonymised page metrics with IP truncation enabled. Off by default.
Sportmate — partner attribution when you join the gym from the Sportmate app. No personal profile is shared back.
Stripe — payment processor for Start Pass and membership fees. Cookies are set only on the secure checkout sub-page, never the marketing pages.

When this policy changes

Reviewed every quarter, edited only when something real changes.

We last reviewed this page on 5 May 2026. If we add a new tool that sets cookies — or remove one that we no longer need — we update the ledger above and bump the review date. Material changes (new categories, new partners) prompt the banner to re-ask for your consent the next time you visit.
