These Terms of Service form the agreement between you, the member, and Struve Fitness Prime, a fitness studio operating in Budapest. They apply the moment you complete a Start Pass purchase, sign up for a membership, book a training session or otherwise use the gym floor.
If you book through the Sportmate app, the app's own terms also apply for that booking. Where the two documents disagree, the rules in this document govern your relationship with the gym itself.
The Start Pass is a 29,990 Ft entry product designed for first-time members. It includes gym floor access for the agreed period and one complimentary personal training session with a certified coach.
The free coaching session must be redeemed during the active Start Pass window. We will help you schedule it during onboarding; if you do not book it before the window closes, the session expires and is not refundable as cash.
The Start Pass is single-use per person. It is intended as an introduction to the gym, not as a recurring discount tier.
After your Start Pass you can continue on a monthly rolling membership, a multi-month plan, or pay-as-you-go personal training. Pricing for each option is published on the memberships page and may be updated with thirty days written notice.
Coach-led sessions are reserved through the Sportmate app. Independent training requires no booking but is subject to floor capacity. We may pause new bookings if a class is full to keep the experience safe and unhurried.
Rolling memberships can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid month. There is no exit fee, no notice period beyond the current cycle, and no penalty for returning later.
If you need to pause for medical reasons, contact us with a brief note and we will freeze your membership for up to ninety days at no cost. The Start Pass cannot be paused — it is already a short, fixed-window product.
Refunds for unused time are issued at our discretion when there are exceptional circumstances. Day-to-day cancellation is handled by ending the next renewal, not by refunding past charges.
We expect every member to share equipment fairly, return weights to their racks, wipe down benches after use, and treat coaches and other members with respect. Harassment of any kind will end your membership without refund.
Please train within your ability. If a coach asks you to adjust form, lower weight or rest, that is a safety call — not a critique. Following coach guidance is part of the agreement when you are training under supervision.
Mobile recording is allowed for personal use only and only when no other member is identifiable in the frame. Group filming requires advance notice to the front desk.
Strength training, mobility work and group conditioning carry inherent physical risk. By using the gym you confirm that you are medically cleared to exercise, and you take responsibility for training within the limits your body can safely handle that day.
If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or take medication that affects blood pressure, please disclose this to your coach so we can adapt your programme. We can support you — we cannot help with what we are not told.
In case of injury inside the building, notify the front desk immediately so we can document and respond. The gym carries standard public-liability insurance; it does not replace the personal health insurance every member should carry independently.
We collect only the data needed to run your membership: name, contact details, membership status, training preferences and payment metadata. The full breakdown lives in our privacy notice — a short companion document linked from the footer.
Payments are processed by our payment partner and the Sportmate app. We never store full card numbers on our own systems. Recurring charges are run on the renewal date you agreed at signup; failed payments pause access until resolved.
We may update these terms to reflect new services, regulatory changes or pricing adjustments. Substantive changes are communicated by email and posted on this page at least thirty days before they take effect.
Continued use of the gym after that thirty-day window means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect at no cost.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly is handled by the competent courts of Budapest.
